Welcome to the FantasticSMP Store. By accessing or making a purchase through our store, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the FantasticSMP Store, purchasing items, or participating in the server, you agree to comply with these Terms and all server rules.

FantasticSMP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18 years old or below the age required to make purchases in your country.

By making a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • Your payment information is accurate
  • You are legally allowed to make purchases

3. Virtual Goods

All purchases made through the FantasticSMP Store are for virtual, in-game items only, including but not limited to:

  • Ranks
  • Crate keys
  • Cosmetics
  • Commands
  • Perks
  • Other server-related content

Purchased items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

FantasticSMP may modify, balance, replace, or remove virtual items if necessary for gameplay, server economy balance, maintenance, or fairness.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers via CraftingStore.

By purchasing, you agree that:

  • Prices may change at any time
  • Taxes or fees may apply depending on your region
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in suspension or permanent bans

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel suspicious transactions.

5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because purchased products are delivered digitally and often immediately, refunds are generally not provided.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations, including:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Failed delivery caused by a verified technical issue
  • Accidental purchases reviewed by staff

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting staff may result in:

  • Permanent suspension from the server
  • Removal of purchased items
  • Restriction from future purchases

If you experience an issue, contact staff before disputing payments.

6. Delivery of Purchases

Most purchases are delivered automatically in-game.

However:

  • Delivery may be delayed due to server maintenance, outages, or technical issues
  • You must enter the correct Minecraft username when purchasing
  • FantasticSMP is not responsible for purchases sent to the wrong account due to user error

If an item is not delivered within a reasonable time, contact support.

7. Server Rules & Abuse

Purchases do not exempt players from server rules.

FantasticSMP reserves the right to:

  • Remove access to purchased perks
  • Suspend or ban players
  • Restrict services

This may happen if a player:

  • Cheats or exploits
  • Harasses players or staff
  • Abuses purchased perks
  • Violates server rules

Bans or punishments do not qualify for refunds.

8. Store Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the store or server.

FantasticSMP may:

  • Temporarily disable services
  • Perform maintenance
  • Reset gameplay systems
  • Modify server features

We are not responsible for downtime or data loss caused by technical problems beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

FantasticSMP is provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FantasticSMP and its staff are not liable for:

  • Lost virtual items
  • Gameplay interruptions
  • Technical failures
  • Account compromises
  • Financial losses related to purchases

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for securing your Minecraft account.

FantasticSMP is not responsible for unauthorized purchases resulting from:

  • Shared accounts
  • Stolen credentials
  • Poor account security

11. Termination

FantasticSMP reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the server or store at any time for violations of these Terms or server rules.

By making a purchase or using the FantasticSMP Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
